Snow – Yeah or Nay??

I look at side as I write this note and it is snowing. Inevitably the winter song “Let it Snow” starts in my head and I can’t get the tune to go away! Don’t get me wrong! I love the snow, particularly when viewed from a room where the ambient temperature is around 72 degrees! So I don’t want you to think that I am doing the ole’ “bah hum bug” on the snow! The only thing that I am concerned about, that worries me, or maybe more like frustrates me is that the first snow brings out a lot of people who act like they just got to Missouri after spending all of their life driving around a tropical island! Get my drift? Where do all these people come from who act like they have never driven in snow before…the accidents, the snarled traffic, the people who drive half the legal speed limit! Oh my! Go back to your tropical island or better yet let me go there till winter is over!

Now that my rant is over let me say simply to each and every one of you…Happy Holidays and Peace on Earth, good will toward the lunatics who can’t drive in the stinkin’ snow!

One Response to Snow – Yeah or Nay??

  1. Dawn says:

Perspective about snow comes from what age you are, or so it seems to me. Kids think “ooh! A snow day!” Adults think “AHHH! I have to drive 2 hours in that to get to work today!”
